The new service development effectiveness means that the company itself generates new ideas,and the service speed and service quality are important factors for significant changes in the new service development effectiveness.This helps the company to maintain its overall strength or further enhance the market competitiveness of service companies and enables customers to Acquiring higher quality demand satisfaction is also an important way for companies to obtain long-term maintenance of competitive advantage resources in the development of new services.The organic integration and creation of internal information and external information by enterprises is the source of new service development effectiveness.The internal information resources and customer involvement practices in the enterprise can provide better information resources for the development of new services.In practice,customer participation can identify and promote the development of new service development effectiveness,and it plays an indispensable and important element in the development of new service development results,which will in turn further accelerate the development and quality of new service development and increase market sales.Good absorptive capacity enables companies to better survive and develop in a dynamic external environment,while enabling dynamic external information to be quickly translated into innovative knowledge,and to constantly serve the company's new service development effectiveness.When customers involvement in the development of new services,companies want to maximize the absorption and use of key information and knowledge owned by customers,they must have a good absorption capacity as a prerequisite to obtain,digest,convert and utilize new information from external sources.And new knowledge,so as to realize the ability of enterprises to develop new services as soon as possible.Therefore,the relationship between customer involvement,absorptive capacity and new service development effectiveness has become the focus of this study.Based on the in-depth research and analysis of the theory of customer involvement,absorptive capacity,and new service development effectiveness,this paper takes environmental uncertainty as a moderating role among customer involvement,absorptive capacity,and new service development effectiveness,and mainly adopts empirical research methods.People's knowledge theory research on customer involvement,absorptive capacity and new service development effectiveness.Customer involvement has a significant positive effect on the development of new services for enterprises,and it is also influenced by dynamic environmental factors.In order to reveal the dynamic environment in which theuncertainty of demand continues to increase and the intensity of competition is becoming increasingly fierce,customers involvement in the development of new services and have a comprehensive role.Absorptive capacity also has a comprehensive effect on the development of new services.Therefore,this paper mainly conducts field research as a research and analysis,mainly taking 298 companies in the southeastern,central and western parts of China as sample data to conduct empirical research.Using SPSS19.0 statistical software for in-depth analysis,the construction of independent variables and dependent variables The theoretical model,through the combination of theoretical hypotheses and empirical hypotheses,examines and analyzes the path-relationship model between the independent variables and the dependent variables.The test results of this paper show that customer involvement will not only directly affect the speed and quality of new service development,but also indirectly promote the speed and quality of new service development through absorption capacity.Both have a comprehensive effect on the development of new service development.The positive effects of customer involvement and absorptive capacity on the effectiveness of new service development will continue to increase as the intensity of competition increases,but the impact of changes in demand uncertainty will not be significant.The above findings suggest that business managers should actively attract customers to participate in new service development by taking customer knowledge,inviting customers to jointly develop and incentivizing customer independent development in the face of increasingly fierce market competition,and adopt various measures to enhance Self-absorption capacity,play an intermediary role in absorption capacity,promote the speed and quality of new service development,and enhance the effectiveness of new service development.
