Research On Strategic Management Problems Of AK Group In Photovoltaic Enterprises

Due to negative influence on human life caused by fossil energy consumption,government subsidies policy and high economical returns,photovoltaic industry has boomed explosively since 2004.However,excessive production results in over capacity which led to market shrink of photovoltaic industry.Thus Photovoltaic companies face the situation of merger,restructuring,transformation and upgrading.How photovoltaic enterprises choose suitable strategies for their own development to ensure success in the market has become an urgent problem to be solved.AK group,a typical sample,founded in 2006,mainly produces solar photovoltaic products accessories.AK was listed on the Shenzhen stock exchange in the year of 2011.In the meanwhile,it transformed from a single photovoltaic manufacturers to an integrated enterprise operator of photovoltaic industry focusing on investment,construction,operation and maintenance management of photovoltaic power plant.By strategic analysis from the establishment of the AK group to the current stage this paper presents how AK group find a solution to the problem of its strategic management after combining the development of photovoltaic in the domestic and international markets,.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept of strategic management and strategic management methods.Secondly,the internal environment of AK group is deeply analyzed by using PEST,SWOT analysis method and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model.Then,according to the analysis of the AK group problems,SWOT matrix analysis strategy should be adopted.Finally,in terms of the strategic problems of AK group,this paper puts forward the strategy that should be adopted at present,and gives the pertinent solution,and put forward the corresponding safeguard measures for strategic transformation.Finally the research contents and viewpoints of the full text are summarized.
