In the nearly 20 years since entering the new century,all aspects of our country's economy have achieved considerable development.When the major contradictions in our country's society have transformed into a conflict between the people's ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced development,it also shows that the people's requirements for living standards are also increasing.With the advent of an aging population society in China,an increase in people's awareness of their own health care,a sound health care system in urban and rural areas,and the implementation of new medical reforms,the Chinese medicine industry has a strong market demand.However,with the increase of market heat,economic globalization and dynamic environment make the competition among enterprises more intense and complex.Enterprises want to occupy an advantageous position in the competition and obtain sustainable competitive advantages,and must establish a clear competition strategy.Generally speaking,the implementation of a suitable competitive strategy based on their own operating conditions and industry characteristics will help the company improve its corporate performance.Since Porter put forward three kinds of competitive strategies,relevant scholars at home and abroad have made many relevant researches and supplements to the competition strategy.Therefore,for the Chinese medicine industry,what kind of competitive strategy to adopt,how competitive each strategy produces for the company,and how to implement an effective competitive strategy to improve corporate performance are both worthy of research in this paper and are also needed by Chinese medicine companies.solved problem.This article starts with the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry,starting from the impact of competitive strategy on corporate performance,and discusses which competitive strategy is the preferred choice for traditional Chinese medicine companies.Starting from relevant theoretical research,the article sorts out the correlation between competitive strategy and corporate performance.Based on its own research,it combines predecessor's research results,based on competitive strategy classification,identification,and corporate performance evaluation,based on an exploratory approach.The structural model of the impact between the two.Based on the model,the paper uses some panel data from a number of Chinese listed companies for the three years from 2014 to 2016 as a sample,and uses competitive strategy identification and multiple regression analysis to conduct empirical research to test the effect of different competition strategies on corporate performance.Different assumptions ultimately determine the differentiation strategy is a better strategic choice for Chinese medicine companies.Finally,on the basis of the choice of differentiation strategy,several points are put forward to implement the differentiation strategy,in order to improve corporate performance and competitiveness.
