Because of the rapid changes in the external environment,more and more opportunities and challenges are faced by enterprises.The advantages and success of enterprises in the competition depend on how to control the renewable resources,and people are the source of the recovery,utilization,guidance,distribution and control of these factors.Therefore,in an enterprise,the most important factor in maintaining business activities and creating advantages is human resources.Human resources are self-development,the most endless resources.At the same time,it is the most dynamic and creative resource of enterprise resources.Due to the influence of geographical location and industry characteristics,and the low level of human resource management,such as enterprise recruitment,training,performance assessment,and other aspects of human resource management,the stability of the personnel of Mongolia enterprises is low,and the content of human resources research is less in the Mongolia country.Under the background of the factors of human resources sustainability,this paper takes "GOBI stock company" as an example to study the problem of human resource management,and puts forward measures to solve these problems.These measures can also bring some reference to other enterprises in Mongolia,so that Mongolia's business sector can improve efficiency and performance,take advantage of its competitive advantage in the Mongolia economy and the prosperity and sustainable development of the Mongolia economy.
