Human resources management has been an important factor deciding thedevelopment. With the rapid development of China's national economy, andcompetition in the world market continue to increase the breadth and depth,stability of enterprise human resources has become increasingly prominent,largely because of the development of enterprise human resources hindered bythe instability, so that enterprises potential and actual development had allbeen a big negative impact. Therefore, strengthening the stability of humanresources to address the development of corporate strategy and real bottleneckis of great significance.Papers by CI HR stability analysis of the current situation, putforward in the cause of instability of human resources, instability and loss,combined with the company's actual human resources, proposed to strengthen thestability of human resources strategic planning, proposed strategic planningobjectives, principles, procedures and content strategy. That vigorouslypromote enterprise culture; establish and improve human resources managementand planning system; to stimulate human resources management as the focus areassuch as strategic planning strategy. And to strategic planning as the guidingideology, develop human resources to enhance the stability of the company specificsecurity measures, in order to improve the company competitive, so companiesachieve sustainable development and potential development.
