Under the current electricity reform background,coal-fired power plants urgently need to reduce costs and enhance competitiveness,because coal costs account for 70%to 80%of the total cost of coal-fired power plants,and reducing the cost of coal is an important task of thermal power plants.It is very important to analyze the whole process of coal burning cost.The purpose is to optimize the production links of power generation enterprises,including coal procurement,transportation,blending,production and other links,hoping to improve the ability of enterprises to adapt to the market environment,thereby reducing the cost of electricity generation and improving the economic and safety performance of power plants.In the current coal price formation mechanism,the power companies are facing greater cost pressures,effectively improving the management level of power generation enterprises,saving energy and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.It is necessary to analyze the whole process of coal cost.It includes the process of coal procurement,transportation and production in order to enhance its ability to adapt to the market environment.The following contents are included in this paper.First,combing the whole process cost of fuel,including the entry,inventory and entry,including the purchase and logistics links,and the inventory mainly includes the inventory management cost of coal.Second,on the basis of the original,the optimization model for reducing the cost of coal burning is established.Third,according to the actual situation of A power plant,the cost of coal burning in A power plant is optimized.Fourth,through the research that measures to reduce costs,the purchase cost is the biggest cost of coal,reasonable inventory to ensure the safe operation of the power plant,and improve the efficiency,reduce waste of coal into the furnace,in stages according to a certain proportion of blending coal is effective method of low cost of coal.Compared with previous fuel cost management,this paper covers a wider range,and the research contents are more coherent.In the life-cycle way,there are several stages of coal and power plant related cycles,and each stage has been emphatically analyzed.Innovation and conclusion:first,from the perspective of the cost of coal-fired process,the cost of coal entry,stock and cost in coal-fired power plants is analyzed,and the influencing factors are analyzed.Second,through the analysis,an effective optimization model for the cost analysis of the whole process of coal combustion is established.Third,taking A power plant as an example,the cost analysis and optimization of the whole process of coal burning are carried out.Fourth,through the empirical analysis,the whole process cost analysis of coal combustion can effectively help the coal-fired power plant to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency.
