In the human resource management,the staff incentive mechanism is the core of its work.Building a relatively perfect incentive mechanism is very important for human resource management.Optimizing the staff incentive system is helpful for the sustainable development of enterprises.Nowadays,the Internet industry is booming.At the same time,"Internet" as a new type of enterprise,has been subverting all the traditional industries.Enterprises have a more rapid and efficient mode of operation,more easily to have a more powerful competitiveness.The Internet industry has its own characteristics:first,as an emerging industry,the construction of enterprise culture is still in the exploratory stage,the mature system of Internet enterprise culture is different from the traditional industry enterprise culture;second,high mobility and high technical talents,through the establishment of a fair and reasonable incentive system has become the Internet industry must pay attention to the management.The HanWei medical group as the research object,made systematic research on the employee incentive mechanism problem.The Hanwei medical group is the science and technology medical instrument manufacturer with "Internet plus health" concept,has the domestic advanced level of technology in medical software development and medical hardware manufacturing.Through questionnaire survey,field visit and literature research,this paper makes information collection on the comprehensive satisfaction of the staff of the Han Wei medical group.By refining the survey information of employee's comprehensive satisfaction,it becomes data and visualization.According to the analysis of the current situation of the employee incentive mechanism,we find that there are many shortcomings in the employee incentive mechanism.Aiming at the existing problems of its incentive mechanism,it puts forward the corresponding optimization design,mainly using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and PDCA cycle theory to optimize the performance evaluation system of the group enterprises and optimize the salary distribution system.Finally,some relevant safeguard measures and the final evaluation of the effect of the employee incentive mechanism are put forward in the paper. |
