Farmers' income survey is a key part of the household survey of the National Bureau of Statistics. It is an important basis for the survey of people's livelihood. It is an important way for the country to understand farmers' income levels, income composition, income sources, and income growth rate.It is an important guideline for the CPC Central Committee's behavioral guidelines. The quality of peasants' living conditions directly affects the level of economic development in our country.Farmers' income is the most realistic manifestation of rural economic development status and peasants' living standards. It is a key indicator for the comprehensive construction of a well-to-do society and the overall planning of urban and rural development, and is an important part of the implementation of precision poverty alleviation work. The income data of peasants is closely related to the peasants' lives and inevitably becomes the focus of attention. As a result, public demand for income survey data is increasing, and the quality requirements for income survey data are getting higher and higher. With the continuous emergence of questioning voices, how to accurately grasp the income status of peasants is increasingly important,so it is of utmost importance to look for many problems in the current peasant income survey, improve the current peasant income survey methods, and thus improve the accuracy of peasant income statistical survey data.Starting from the evolution of China's peasant income level and income structure since the reform and opening up,the article has divided the four stages of development according to changes in the structure of salary income structure and net income structure of the main income component, and used the structural similarity coefficient and structural difference coefficient to judge. The development and changes in the income structure of rural residents in China, combined with the grey forecast of the income structure, have found that wage income has become the most important component of China's peasants' income, and the income level and income structure of rural residents in China have undergone major changes. The income level of rural residents is backward and the source of income is single, mainly based on agricultural income. With the economic development, the income level of rural residents has undergone enormous changes. The dominant position of net income has been replaced by wage income, and with the increasing level of education, the proportion of rural residents' migrant employment income has been continuously increasing, and has gradually become an important part of wage income.Combining the development and reform process of the government's statistical investigation methods and the current integration of the urban-rural integration of household income and expenditure and living conditions, this paper thoroughly analyzes the reform process and current status of China's income survey. It is found that the reform of China's income survey mainly lies in the investigation and improvement of the organization, the transformation of survey methods, the improvement of the design of the sampling plan, and the innovation of the sampling survey method. However, the detailed implementation of the income survey is neglected and the journal survey method remains unchanged. This has led to the disconnection between the current income survey method and the changed income structure. That is,there are many problems existing in the current peasants' income survey methods. For example, the income of migrant workers is seriously underestimated, the income from self-production and self-use is underestimated, and the journal survey method is no longer adapted to the development of peasants' income. The status quo,and county-level sample aging. In response to these problems,we set out to improve the current peasants' income from the perspectives of setting up a special survey of working income, improving income estimation method, gradually canceling the journal survey method, improving the representative design of county samples, and using design effects to improve the design of complex sample sizes. And suppose survey method improvement suggestions.
