With the mature market competition and the impact of the Internet financial thinking,customer centered,service oriented enterprise development model has become the direction of transformation of commercial banks;and in the modern mode of commercial economy,plays a vital role in customer loyalty to the survival and development of enterprises.According to the two-eight law and the theory of customer loyalty,good customer loyalty training,customer retention and customer churn in exchange,and to develop marketing strategies to,is very important for the development of the reform of commercial banks.Under the new economic norm,commercial banks are facing a hitherto unknown change,and in this revolution,"focus on customers" thinking has become a kind of management rules,and becomes the enterprise management practice,cultivate the ability of customer loyalty will become an important decision to gain the initiative of competition under the new situation factors.Under this background,this paper studies the theory of customer relationship marketing based on customer loyalty,according to the relevant theoretical research results,combined with the Beijing branch of ZX bank personal customer groups as an example,take the literature reference,questionnaire survey method,combined with the specific statistical management model,and the relationship between driving factors of customer loyalty for the qualitative and quantitative analysis,in order to find the feasibility of training methods of individual customers loyalty of commercial banks,and accordingly explore marketing efforts mode.The transformation of commercial banks requires clear cognition,rational judgment and scientific decision-making,and the research of customer loyalty will provide new ideas for development and innovation.Challenges in particular,the future can be expected.
