Research On The Influence Factors And Effects Of Hangzhou Factory Internet Of Things Diffusion

The combination of new technology and industry will promote mode of the industry management and production,thus improving production efficiency.Iot technology promotes the change of traditional industries.For example,industrial internet is the combination of Iot and industry,which promotes the improvement of industrial production efficiency.According to the situation of its own manufacturing industry,Hangzhou puts forward the concept of the Fiot.As a new technology innovation,there are many restricting factors in the process of expanding,using the appropriate method to study the influence of various factors thoroughly can not only help to promote the diffusion of the Iot in Hangzhou,but also help to provide a strategy for the diffusion of technology innovation represented by Iot technology.The second part analyses the influence factors of technology innovation diffusion in this paper,it contains influencing factors include technical nature,adopters and diffusion channels,and also summarizes the influence of policy on technology innovation diffusion and lays a theoretical foundation for the paper writing.In the third part,the form of the application of Fiot is analyzed;the form of Hangzhou development Fiot is: under the support of the policy,with each enterprise as a unit,through Fiot plant construction,the demonstration enterprise drive the supply chain upstream and downstream related companies to plant for the construction of the Internet of things,to promote the spread of the relevant standards in the supply chain between upstream and downstream enterprises.Then,from the perspective of policy and demonstration enterprise implementation,this paper makes an in-depth analysis.And it is found that policy does play an important role in promoting the construction of Fiot.Through the analysis of the effect of demonstration enterprises,it is believed that the demonstration enterpriser have generated obvious benefits due to the application of Iot technology,and play an important driving role in the diffusion.At the same time,this paper analyzes the obstacles of the development of the Fiot in Hangzhou,in terms of specific influencing factors.The improved epidemic model(SIR model)is used to discusses how these factors affect the path for construction of Fiot,and uses the Matlab software simulation extract the main factors that influence the spread of technology innovation.According to the analysis of the third part and the quantitative analysis of the fifth part,the countermeasures to promote the Iot are put forward,including better play the role of demonstration enterprises;Build a training platform to improve the quality of personnel;Perfect top-level design;Construction industry uniform standard,etc.The last part of this paper is the deficiency and prospect of writing,which provides the direction for the future study of the application of Fiot.
