Research On Quality Control Of Multi Variety And Small Batch Products Based On Bayesian Theory

In today's society,the market environment of enterprises becomes more competitive,product quality has become an important measure of an enterprise and it plays an increasingly important role in the survival and development of an enterprise,how to effectively improve the quality of products has become a focus of attention of the enterprise.In addition,with the customer's demand for products become more diverse and personalized,the products are no longer the traditional single varieties,large quantities.In addition,with the gradual improvement of customer demand for products,people's demand for products is more diversified and personalized and it is no longer the traditional single variety,mass production mode.Therefore,enterprises are required to transfer the production mode to the single variety and mass production mode to the multi variety and small batch production mode.Due to the lack of data and quality information,multi variety and small batch production is characteristic.If the traditional statistical process method is used directly in small batch production mode,it is difficult to obtain satisfactory results.Therefore,through the study of small batch production model,it is great significance to propose a quality control method suitable for multi variety and small batch production.This paper mainly studies the application of quality control in multi variety and small batch production environment.In view of the current situation and production characteristics of quality control in small batch production mode,several existing quality control methods for small batch are analyzed,compared and evaluated,and the quality control methods of multi varieties and small batch based on Bayesian theory are studied deeply.On the basis of theoretical research,a quality control system is applied to multi variety and small batch production is designed.Finally,the quality control of multi variety and small batch is carried out through an example study.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The conventional method of the problem are summarized,by analyzing the characteristics of many varieties and small batch production,the superiority of the production mode of many varieties,small batch of than the conventional pattern exhibited by the relative deviation,small batch method,X-R control method and Q control chart as well as the advantages and disadvantages of CUSUM control chart the analysis and evaluation.(2)The quality control method based on Bayesian theory is studied in depth.Bayesian estimation of the parameters of multi variety and small batch production process is carried out,and the quality control model based on Bayesian theory is established.Then,the influence parameters in the control model are analyzed.(3)Bayesian constant mean value model is established based on Bayesian theory,and then the quality characteristic model is analyzed.Through analysis and comparison,the variance of the state error is improved,and finally the quality control method is obtained.(4)Developing and design the quality control system of multi variety and small batch with the above theory and method.Then through the typical process quality control to verify the feasibility of the system.
