In recent years,government-affiliated institutions and state-owned enterprises have implemented performance evaluation system in depth,and gradually perfected the performance evaluation system.On the one hand,it used to improve employee performance appraisal in order to achieve the organization target.On the other hand,it also urges managers and employees to abide by the examination system agreement and enhance organizational justice.There is a significant positive relationship between perceived fariness and employees' performance,which has been widely certified.Performance feedback,as a key factor of performance assessment,also as an important management tool,is of great significance for improving staff performance management,creating organizational justice atmosphere and promoting sustainable development of the organization.Therefore,the performance feedback has also been paid great attention by the experts and the managers of government-affiliated institutions and state-owned enterprises.This paper takes employees in government-affiliated institutions and state-owned enterprises as the research objects,taking perception of performance feedback as independent variable,and adopts the authoritative theory of fairness in international academic field as the dependent variable.Constructing a model of influence mechanism that perception of performance feedback impacts employees' perception of fairness.The factors of performance feedback involve the content of performance feedback,as well as the leadership style.The innovation of this paper is that,by exploring the model,we find that perception of performance feedback has a significant positive impact on employees' perceived fairness.Content of feedback has a positive predictive effect on employees' perceived fariness.Leadership style has a positive predictive effect on employees'perceived fariness.Compared with the content of feedback,the leadership style positively predicts employees' perceived fariness.Perception of performance feedback has a positive predictive effect on employees' perceived fariness.The results support that the effective performance feedback work of government-affiliated institutions and state-owned enterprises can improve the employees' perception of the organization fairness.The establishment of the hypothesis eliminates the blind area between the performance feedback and the sense of organizational justice.It also provides data support for further research on performance feedback in other areas of performance appraisal,employee management and organizational justice.Finally,based on the conclusion,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the organization fairness and the application of performance feedback in government-affiliated institutions and state-owned enterprises.The purpose is to guide the managers of government-affiliated institutions and state-owned enterprises to enhance the implementation of performance feedback,focusing on the fairness of employees' concern,improving the sense of organizational justice and promoting the growth of employees and organizations.
