Research On The Influence Factors Of The Transfer Of Rural Surplus Labor Under The New Urbanization

With the rapid growth of China's economy and the accelerated process of urbanization,the large number of rural surplus labor base has been paid more and more attention.And the problem has a profound impact on China's industrial upgrading and economic structure adjustment.To vigorously develop and promote the new urbanization is the eighteen new goal of our country.Therefore,in the context of the new urbanization,it is necessary to study how to allocate the labor resources reasonably,transfer the surplus rural labor force and achieve full employment.This paper begins with the analysis of the transfer of rural surplus labor force in China.By analyzing the four levels of population structure,industrial structure,region and monthly average income,it clarifies the necessity of the transfer of rural surplus labor force.Then focus on the three factors from the system,the economy and the development trend of rural urbanization to analyze the obstacles faced by the transfer of rural surplus labor in China.Secondly,it uses regression analysis and principal component analysis to make an empirical analysis on the factors that mainly affect the transfer of rural surplus labor in China.It is concluded that the main factor affecting labor force transfer is Per capita GDP,labor quality,coverage rate of rural endowment insurance,urbanization rate and so on is positive for the transfer of rural surplus labor force,and the second industry output value is GDP negative.Finally,through the analysis and comparison of the United States,Britain and Japan,combined with China's current situation of the development of new and effective countermeasures of the transfer of rural surplus labor force in the new period,including advancing with settled in the town of agricultural population transfer,promote agricultural work to enjoy the town of basic public services,improve the transfer of the agricultural population of people advance mechanism.To improve the social participation mechanism and to build a multi-level model of urbanization development.
