Study On China-Hungary Economic And Trade Cooperation Zone Development

After China established the first Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones overseas,with the further implementation of the"Going Out" strategy and the proposal of the "Belt and Road"Initiative,Chinese Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones have mushroomed since 2006,and many companies have In succession,there are groups of people going abroad to set up Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones through cluster-based development.The Chinese government has also actively provided support and encouragement for the establishment of Foreign Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones in terms of policies and funds.Hungary is located in the heart of Central and Eastern Europe,as well as the geographic center of the entire European region.It is located at the junction of four major European traffic routes and is endowed with unique geographical advantages.Through Hungary,the market can be radiated throughout Europe.Since Hungary experienced the global financial crisis in 2008 and the European debt crisis in 2009,the economy was once low.In order to revitalize it's economy,Hungary began to seek cooperation partners outside the EU.In 2010,it formulated the "Open to the East" policy and listed China as the main development targets,and participated in the "Belt and Road Initiative" proposed by China actively.In 2012 and 2014,with the efforts of the governments of China and Hungary and companies from both sides,the Central Uropean Trade and Logistics Cooperation Zone and China-Hungarian Borsod Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone were established in Hungary.This paper analyzed the general trade situation of China and Hungary in the past ten years and the characteristics of trade and investment between the two countries.The trade dependence model is used to calculate the trade dependence of the two countries in recent years.On this basis,analyzed the development planning,industry positioning,and development status of the the Central Uropean Trade and Logistics Cooperation Zone and China-Hungarian Borsod Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone,and analyzed the development advantages and problems in the development of the two economic and trade cooperation zones in-depth.Finally,five suggestions are put forward for the development of the two cooperation zones:First,the government should play its positive role in providing a favorable external investment environment for the development of the cooperation zone and provide corresponding guidance for the park.Second,the enterprise should establish a sound security system to effectively protect its own interests.Third,the enterprise We must pragmatically base and actively fulfill corresponding social responsibilities;Fourth,deepen bilateral cooperation and promote trade diversification;Fifth,strengthen the cooperation between the Foreign Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone and the China's domestic Free Trade Pilot Zone to form a demonstration effect.
