Study On The Development Of Apple Industry Chain In Western Henan

Western Henan has been identified by the FAO and the Ministry of Agriculture as the apple's best suitable on the Loess Plateau.In recent years,the development of the apple industry has become the region's characteristic agricultural industry.The healthy development of the apple industry has an important impact on the stable economic development in the Western Henan.With the increase of the national income and the change of lifestyle,the demand of consumers for apples has been increasing day by day,which has led to the rapid development of the apple industry in the western Henan.However,the apple industry in the Western Henan is still facing many problems such as,loose industrial chain,backward production level,low value-added products,and high quality products,etc.To realize the transformation and upgrading of Apple's industrial chain in the western Henan,we need to analyze the growth and value-added of the short-board segment and the industrial chain from the perspective of the value-added of the entire industry chain,and build a development model for the apple industry chain in the western Henan.Integrate the long-term downstream segment of the apple industry to obtain higher product quality and production efficiency,and improve the competitiveness of apple industry in western Henan.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research results of the whole industry chain,based on the agricultural industry chain theory,industrial value chain theory,and industrial integration theory,this paper establishes a qualitative analysis of the infra-marginal data model and concludes that the upstream and downstream enterprises in the conclusion.Next,we first systematically analyzed the status and problems of the apple production chain in the western Henan,followed by a comprehensive analysis of the future development space,value-added links,and development paths;Analysis of the Erxianpo company in Shan Zhou;Haisheng company in Ling Bao and Qixia region apple chain.Analyzing the chain development model,chain family development model and chain network development model,and summing up case experiences.Finally,proposed to suit the development of the whole industry chain of apples in western Henan.
