Study On Cold Chain Logistics Development Of Apple Industry In Shaanxi Province

With the rapid developing apple industry in shaanxi province and the increasing demandof rfesh agircultuarl porducts，cold chain logistics has focused more and moer consumers’attention, and became the influencing factor to improve apple industry competitiveness inshannxi province. But the development of cold chain logistics of apple industry is still in itsinfancy, which had some problems of its own. Therefore, through a reasonable cold chainlogistics mode and some pointed countermeasures and suggestions to optimize cold chainlogistics are especially important for development of cold chain logistics of apple industry inshaanxi province.Firstly, this paper outlines correlative theoires and developing situation of cold chainlogistics. Secondly, the paper points out the problems facing cold chain logistics of shaanxiprovince apple industry by deep analysising in sotf and hard environment，supply and demandsituation. Thirdly, the paper builts a cold chain logistics optimization model based on jointdistirbution to reduce logistics cost and improve conveying efficiency of cold chain logistics.And then, the paper proposes the synthetical cold chain logistics model based on jointdistirbution to solve existing problems of cold chain logistics of apple industry in shaanxiprovince. This mode compirses comprehensive cold chain logistics companies or groups aspirncipal part, cold chain logistics distirbution centers as birdge, uses the joint distribution andother logistics means to integrate cold-chain logistics resources, reducc the total cost of coldchain logistics, and improve the utilization rate of cold chain logistics, eventually providebetter services for apple producing, processing and trading enterpirses in shaanxi province. Atlast，the paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, which refers to policyguarantee, law supervision, standards setting, cold chain facilities，information platform andtalent training to promote a rapid development for cold chain logistics of apple industry inshaanxi province.
