Research On Apple Industry Development In Lingbao City Of Henan Province

In China, the Loess Plateau region is the main producing area of apple, the apple planting areaaccounts for44%of the country, output accounts for49%of the country. Lingbao City is located in the eastedge of the Loess Plateau region, and has a unique geographical location and climatic conditions, combinesthe advantages of the Loess Plateau region, as China and even the world’s most high-quality appleproduction, apple is recognized as "Chinese apple leader", won the "China famous" reputation. Appleindustry has been Lingbao pillar industry of the rural economy and the special advantage industries, alsoled the region economic development of the main industries. But in recent years, the development of appleindustry exists many problems, including: still need to further optimize variety structure, with theinternational level gap is big; Apple low level of commercialization processing, deep processing ability isinsufficient; Apple sales system is not sound, brand awareness is limited; Social service organizationsystem is not perfect. Therefore, how to keep and exert advantages in the apple industry development andhow to promote the development of Lingbao apple industrialization, which is the purpose of this study.In this paper, we study on the SWOT analysis model as the basis of analyzing the problems, andanalyze the development of apple industry with all kinds of research methods. Then, this article firstlyanalyzes the apple industry development history, present situation and the characteristic of comprehensiveelaboration, and sums up the problems existing in the development of apple industry, mainly includingcultivation, storage, processing, distribution and brand promotion, social service organizations andgovernment guidance. Secondly, the article analyzes apple industry development environment the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the analysis of the specific system, and then uses improved Delphimethod for expert scoring, the application of mathematical tools to introduce the concept of strength andstrength to build the SWOT analysis model ultimately determine the apple industry development strategicplanning.
