Study On The Leading Enterprises's Willingness In The Technology Spread Of Grain New Variety

In the development process of agricultural modernization,the diffusion of new technology plays an important role.The new technology diffusion effect directly affects the efficiency of transformation of agricultural(grain)scientific and technological achievements and the sustainable development of agriculture.In the process of technology diffusion,the main body of new agricultural management is shouldering the decisive responsibility,especially the leading agricultural enterprises,which play an exemplary and leading role in the diffusion of new technology.Closely linked with farmers,family farms,cooperatives and markets,the role can not be underestimated.China is also a populous country;the issue of food security is the top priority of national security,to ensure the absolute security of rations is an important basic work for advancing the quality and efficiency of agriculture.It is of practical significance and value in improving the efficiency of transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements to study the role and problems of new-type business entities in technology diffusion.The adoption decision of agricultural leading enterprises for quality varieties and technologies is worth further study.The main work and conclusions are as follows: first,on the basis of combing and analyzing the existing research literature,According to the theoretical framework of TOE,the external variables are classified into technical factors,organizational factors and external environmental factors.Based on the TAM model and the TOE framework,the conceptual model of the willingness to adopt superior varieties in agricultural leading enterprises was established and the research hypotheses were put forward.Then the development of the scale and questionnaire design,the implementation of the questionnaire survey.After taking back the questionnaire,the data quality was analyzed by reliability test and validity test,and then the hypothesis about was tested by structural equation model to determine the final model.The results showed that most of the hypotheses of the leading Enterprises' s willingness in the technology spread of new variety were tested,and the conceptual model could explain the influence path of the good varieties' technical adoption willingness of agricultural leading enterprises,and the total effect showed the law of external environmental factor > technical factor > organizational factor.Finally,this paper is summarized,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
