| Building Information Modeling(BIM),as a supporting technology for crossorganizational collaboration,aims to strengthen collaboration and cooperation between organizations,and can provide stakeholders with various information covering the entire life cycle of engineering projects and allow them to obtain,update and maintain various types of information in the BIM business process,so as to reduce conflicts between stakeholders and improve the coordination level of project participants.However,industry practice shows that the development of BIM technology in my country’s construction industry is not ideal,and the overall adoption rate is low.At the same time,there are many stakeholders involved in construction projects.Each stakeholder,as an independent individual,has inconsistent interest demands and complex interrelationships.Facing the pressure brought by the demands of various stakeholders,how to make strategic decisions for construction companies to respond to the reasonable demands of stakeholders,and how to coordinate the relationship between stakeholders in the process of behavior selection,so as to maximize common interests,it has become a common concern of enterprises and related scholars at this stage.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the BIM technology adoption behavior of construction enterprises from the perspective of stakeholders.The specific research contents include the following four aspects.(1)The research results of domestic and foreign scholars on technology adoption,stakeholder theory,etc.were sorted out,the scope of stakeholders was defined,and the driving construction enterprises were identified from the perspective of stakeholders based on relevant theories and literature research.BIM technology adopts the influencing factors of behavioral decision-making;collects data through questionnaires,uses factor analysis and Pearson correlation analysis to quantitatively screen the influencing factors,and finally obtains 19 influencing factors.(2)Analyze the relationship between stakeholders and construction enterprises and their roles and roles in the decision-making process of BIM technology adoption in construction enterprises,and build a construction enterprise BIM technology adoption behavior theory from the perspective of stakeholders.model and formulate research hypotheses.(3)Use the structural equation model method to conduct empirical analysis to explore the mechanism of the influence factors of stakeholders on the adoption behavior of BIM technology in construction enterprises.According to the results of the hypothesis test,it is confirmed that the influencing factors of stakeholders have a positive impact on the BIM technology adoption behavior of construction enterprises.more pronounced.(4)According to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,the optimization strategy for driving the adoption behavior of BIM technology in construction enterprises is proposed from the two levels of construction enterprises and stakeholders,which provides construction enterprises with BIM technology adoption and coordination among stakeholders.theoretical basis. |
