Study On New Technology Adoption Of Farmers In HN County Under The Background Of "Two Strong And One Increase"

High quality development of agriculture is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the current economic situation,and is also a necessary stage for agricultural quantitative change to qualitative change.Agricultural technology innovation is a key force to promote the high-quality development of agriculture,and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into practical applications is an important "bridge" connecting agricultural technology innovation with agricultural production needs.Anhui province has formulated the Action Plan for Improving Farmers’ Income through science and Technology and Machinery(2022-2025),aiming to promote new varieties,new technologies,new models and new equipment to improve the quality and efficiency of modern agriculture.Under the background of "two strengths and one increase" policy,based on investigation and research,this thesis summarizes and analyzes the existing problems of farmers’ adoption of new technology in HN county,and explores the key factors influencing farmers’ willingness to adopt new technology in HN county under the background of "two strengths and one increase" according to the theory of technology acceptance,constructs structural equation model to analyze the causes of the problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.According to the survey,there are the following problems in the application of new technology by farmers in HN County: first,the shortage of professional and technical extension talents;Second,farmers’ learning degree of new technology is low;Third,"two strong and one increase" policy subsidies for farmers to increase the income space is limited;Fourth,the contradictions in large-scale agricultural operations are prominent.On this basis,the cause of the problem is analyzed.Finally,based on the problems and causes,the author puts forward corresponding suggestions,namely,strengthening the construction of agricultural technology extension team in grassroots areas,establishing diversified training system,promoting the moderate scale management of agriculture and improving the rural financial service system.
