Study On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Land Circulation In Zhengyang County

In the 1980 s,China implemented the household contract responsibility system for joint production.This land system has greatly mobilized the farmers' enthusiasm for production and released agricultural productivity.However,with the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization in China,a large number of rural laborers have moved to the secondary and tertiary industries.Individual farmers can no longer adapt to the development of their productivity.At the same time,they have a large area in the countryside,a large number of farmers,and the overall quality of farmers.Under the basic situation that the level of economic development is relatively backward,the transfer of farmland under the separation of powers provides an effective and feasible method for freeing farmers from the use of farmland,realizing the scale of agricultural production,and promoting rural labor transfer.way.In view of this situation,scholars at home and abroad have also conducted a large number of scientific researches,and discovered and solved some land problems on a macro scale.However,the country's land area is vast,and the level of rural development in different regions is not the same,and the problem of farmland circulation encountered is also a problem.Not the same,this study takes Zhengyang County as an example.Zhengyang County is a large agricultural county with a total of 1.72 million mu of peanuts planted in the county.It has been rated as the country's largest peanut production county for many years.In recent years,with the development of urban construction in Zhengyang County and the continuous increase in demand for agricultural production,the flow of farmland has also been increasing,and the circulation forms have begun to diversify and a large number of new types of agricultural entities have emerged.The rapid development of agricultural land circulation has provided tremendous momentum for realizing the increase of farmers' income,agricultural development,modernization of rural areas,and the transfer of rural labor force.However,in the author's investigation of a large amount of literature and an in-depth investigation of the field,he explored the production of farmland in Zhengyang County.The effects and emerging issues of unbalanced development of agricultural land circulation,non-agricultural land circulation,chaos in rural land circulation markets,low scale operation,and small profit margins for farmer households in rural areas have been analyzed through data analysis and empirical analysis.The law analyzes and summarizes the problems in the process of farmland circulation in Zhengyang County.On this basis,based on the basic situation of the country and the actual situation of Zhengyang County,we proposed raising the level of rural social security,strengthening the management functions of grass-roots governments,improving the circulation system of agricultural land,accelerating the peasants' entering the city,and training new professional farmers.The five suggestions for the economic benefits of agricultural land circulation.
