The sustained and stable growth of China's economy has promoted the development of enterprises,but it also makes enterprises face a more complex competitive environment.How to improve employees' performance and improve their market competitiveness has become a major issue for enterprises to face fierce competition and ensure long-term development of enterprises.Among the many factors that influence employees' work performance,the internal employee social network,namely the relationship network built by individuals,has attracted the attention of scholars both at home and abroad.In the aspect of human resource management,social network theory is widely applied to many aspects,such as corporate performance,organizational culture,organizational commitment,knowledge sharing and so on.It also expounds and validates the phenomenon of human resources in the society from a new perspective.Human is not only the theme of human resource management,but also the object of human resource management,which lays a solid foundation for the application of social network theory in human resource management practice.As a tool,social network has been applied in many research fields both at home and abroad.By studying the characteristics of organization network,network scale and network heterogeneity,we can clearly sort out the characteristics of the organization network.Therefore,this paper will study the relationship between the social network characteristics of the employees and the work performance of the employees from the perspective of social network.Based on summarizing and analyzing relevant theories and research literatures,this paper analyzes the connotation and elements of employees' social network and job performance.In order to facilitate the research,this paper will be divided into employees' social network network scale,network centrality,network heterogeneity in three dimensions,the staff performance is divided into two dimensions: task performance and relationship performance,the relationship between the two through in-depth study,explore the internal staff social mechanism of network influence on job performance.And pointed out that social support intermediary role to play in between,the theoretical model constructed in this paper,put forward the corresponding assumptions.This paper uses SPSS24.0 exploratory factor analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis of questionnaire data,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and validate the model and assumptions,the staff found social network has a significant positive impact on social support and job performance,social support also had a significant positive effect on job performance,and staff in the society network impact on work performance,plays a mediating role of social support.According to the above conclusion,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the enterprise management.Finally,the futureresearch is prospected in view of the limitations of this study. |
