In the transformation period of Chinese society,various commodities in the market are spotty,fake and inferior commodities flooding in,"false" counterfeits mess everywhere,and food safety incidents frequently occur.And most of the honey in the market is not natural or pure,"fake","false" phenomenon in the honey market around,and some people even make "fake honey" with brown sugar and alum,cheat consumers,"counterfeiting" and "fake" chaos often appear,and there is a market dilemma of "bad honey drives out good honey" in the honey market.So,in this paper,we use honey as a case material in the produce market,to research the plight of the honey market formation process and the chaos in the honey market,to reveal the action logic of the actors behind the chaos of the honey market,and how that logic is affected and restricted by the social structure.This paper explores the reasons why there are so many "fake" and "counterfeit"in the honey market from the perspective of sociological structure-action.How does the honey market chaos arise?In this paper,it is concluded that the formation of the dilemma of honey market is the result of the interaction between the relationship structure,institutional structure and social action,trust relationship distortion and speculative interest game,misshapen human relationship generate rent-seeking behavior,system distortion is contributed to the spread of bad honey.The alienation of human face,the action of the supremacy of the interests of logic,system brought bad honey market imperfect,resulting in the " bad honey drives out good honey "market situation.
