As the level of competition intensifies,the enterprise not only needs the basic responsibility of the employee to complete the post,but also needs the employee to actively consider and solve the complicated situation which is constantly appearing in the work.That is,it has a proactive behavior.This article is based on the research of the predecessors,it applies grounded theory to the single-case study of employees' proactive behavior in Dalian Huaxin IT Company,in order to provide theoretical reference for future research in related fields.At the same time,to improve the individual innovation performance of employees to provide a realistic basis.After open coding,axial coding and selective coding,we extract the main categories,the story of these categories and the connection line.Finally,the hypothesis and theoretical model of employees' proactive behavior,individual innovation performance and psychological elasticity are put forward.In order to verify whether the hypotheses and theoretical models in the case study are applicable to all kinds of industries in China besides the individual enterprises in the IT industry,this paper develops the scale of employees' proactive behavior,individual innovation performance and psychological elasticity.At the same time,a cluster random sampling method was used to issue a nationwide questionnaire,collect data and analysis and verification of the data.Finally,through empirical research,this paper finds that employees' proactive behavior and its dimensions can positively affect individual innovation performance,psychological elasticity has a positive regulatory effect on the relationship between employees' proactive behavior and individual innovation performance.Interpersonal relationship positively moderates the relationship between employee proactive strategic behavior and individual innovation performance,and the future orientation plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between individual adaptive environment behavior and individual innovation performance.In order to satisfy the sustained development of company,company should take effective measures to improve employees' proactive behavior.At the same time,managers should also adopt a variety of targeted training to satisfy more psychological and vigour needs of the staff,thus leading employees to create higherindividual innovation performance.
