Research On The Development Countermeasures Of Dalian Grain Processing Trade Enterprises

As a traditional food crop and modern health care products,coarse cereals have high medical and food value,which accords with modern people's demand for green,smart,pollution-free and nutritive value,and has attracted much attention in the consumer market at home and abroad.As a traditional agricultural country,small grain grain in China has been a large commodity in the export of agricultural products,creating a large amount of foreign exchange income.Dalian's annual export of grain exports accounted for more than 75% of the total export of the country,which is the largest import and export port at present in China.With the implementation of China's 13 th Five-Year planning supply side reform strategy,Dalian grain processing trade enterprises are facing new challenges.This paper makes an exploratory case study on the present situation of Dalian grain processing trade enterprises.On the basis of summarizing the literature at home and abroad,four enterprises are selected as the case study object.In interviews,on-site observation,the depth of participation based on the first-hand data,summed up the current Dalian cereal processing trade enterprises are faced with the problem are as follows: overseas promotion is insufficient;the effect of industrial agglomeration,development environment needs to be improved;lack of internal management of enterprises;enterprises lack of awareness of management of transnational cooperation and government support to several aspects perfect the problem.Through the analysis,in view of the above problems,summed up the following practical proposals: to increase overseas promotion efforts;strengthen the industrial agglomeration effect,improve the development environment;strengthen the internal management of enterprises;including the expansion of enterprise scale,improve the processing level,pay attention to enterprise management system;development of grain deep processing industry,increase the added value of cereal products,extension grain industry chain;improve the quality of export products,establish a standard grain production base,the formation of agricultural product quality standard system;strengthen brand awareness,improve product packaging;and increase policy support,so as to improve the level of grainindustry.By collecting a large number of related documents and materials and conducting many case studies,the article finds out some problems in the development of Dalian cereals processing trade enterprises,and concludes some reliable suggestions.
