Research On The Development Of Coarse Cereals Industry In Datong

Shanxi Province has always been the name of the Minor Coarse Cereals Kingdom and Datong is called "The hometown of high quality coarse cereals" with its favorable environmental climate conditions and high quality product quality.In recent years,with the deepening of the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,and with the strong support of the government of Shanxi province,the government of Datong attaches great importance to the development of minor coarse cereals industry.Highlighting relative advantages,Datong set up the coarse cereals industry as one of the leading industries in the city,according to its industrial base and resource endowment.At the same time,the government has begun to explore the homology of minor coarse cereals food,and try to make the coarse cereals industry as a revitalization industry in Datong.The fundation of "Shanxi agricultural valley"will boost enconomy in circl area.This paper will conclude some proposal about minor coarse cereals industry in Datong,and analyze some problems in the development of minor coarse cereals in Datong area,to summarize some suggestions for the development of minor coarse cereals industry in Datong and put forward the path of minor coarse cereals development which relies on the radiation of Shanxi's agricultural valley.In this paper,the present situation of coarse cereals product in Datong is studied in terms of its production scale,processing capacity,domestic sales,export situation,construction of base facilities and green certification works.Secondly,it is pointed out that main factors restricting the development of coarse cereals industrialization in Datong are the low yield of most kinds of cereals,the weakness of small grain processing,transformation capabilities,product value-added capabilities and product transformation capabilities,and the lack of in-depth study on coarse cereals functional agriculture.The measures of promoting the development of coarse cereals industrialization are put forward from aspects of creating high yield demonstration area,improving the comprehensive processing system of coarse cereals,improving the industrial chain,enhancing the driving force of the leading enterprises,making the market positioning clear,speeding up the construction of the logistics park,perfecting the network sales to expand the grain market and so on.It also puts forward the development path to expand the development of coarse cereals in Datong by relying on the role of radiation driving effect of agricultural Valley in Shanxi to develop functional agriculture.
