As the artery and cornerstone of the development of the national economy,the logistics system has been hailed as an accelerator of modern economic development.Distribution centers play a pivotal role in the entire logistics system.The location of the distribution center directly determines the cost and efficiency of the entire logistics system.The safe operation of electric power requires the timely supply of materials,and the location of the electric power distribution center occupies an important position in the planning of the electric power logistics system.At present,there are many problems in China's power logistics system,such as many material distribution points and unclear distribution responsibility,which results in high cost and low efficiency of distribution.Scientifically planning power distribution system can make full use of materials,improve the efficiency of power companies,and promote the development of power companies.The location of power distribution centers is the basis for distribution planning.Based on this,the research on the location selection of distribution centers of electric power supplies was conducted in order to increase the overall logistics level of electric power companies,reduce the cost of distribution,improve the timeliness of material supply,and strengthen the effective management and full use of the inventory of electric power supplies.Based on the relevant site selection decision-making problems,combined with the influencing factors in the construction of distribution centers for electric power enterprises,the paper proposes the objectives and location selection process for the location selection of electric power distribution centers.Based on the previous algorithm learning and discovery,finding more accurate,faster,and easier-to-operate intelligent algorithms is very important for accurate and effective location selection.In view of the advantages of low cuckoo algorithm parameters and strong practicality,this paper selects an improved cuckoo intelligent optimization algorithm to study the location of power distribution centers.The main work is as follows:First,based on the characteristics of distribution of electric power supplies,and taking into account the factors affecting the location of electric power distribution centers,given the constraints,it is assumed that the total cost of distribution includes transportation costs,storage costs,and time penalty costs,with the goal of minimizing the total cost of distribution.Function,built a location model for the distribution center of power supplies.Secondly,aiming at the deficiency of the traditional cuckoo algorithm Levi's local information in flight,two improvement strategies are proposed.Firstly,the step-size factor and the discovery probability are improved to make the algorithm's local optimal and global optimal.Balanced;second,based on the step size factor and the discovery probability improvement,the random number is selected based on the Halton sequence.The test function was called to perform related tests.By comparison,the improved cuckoo algorithm converges faster and has better results than the traditional cuckoo algorithm.A comparison of two improved cuckoo algorithms shows that the improved cuckoo algorithm based on Halton sequences is optimal.Finally,using the improved cuckoo algorithm based on Halton sequence to analyze the examples.In the MATLAB simulation calculation process,the coordinate position of each material demand point is used to solve the distance,which ensures the relative scientificity of the calculation.The research results show that the model in this paper can effectively reduce the cost of distribution and improve the efficiency of distribution,and it has certain guiding significance for the construction of material distribution centers of electric power enterprises.
