With the improvement of residents' living standards and the pace of life,residents' demand for daily necessities and emergency products is increasing.The traditional large-scale supermarkets cannot meet the needs of residents because of their high cost of choice,long waiting time,and distance from the suburbs.The convenience stores derived from them are small in variety and mostly in daily necessities,and the payment methods are diverse and fast,and the distribution is wide and convenient.Convenience stores are developing rapidly and have broad prospects,but their distribution is wide,the area is small,the inventory is small,and the possibility of shortage is limited.Through research,it is found that the distribution of goods is the core competitiveness of convenience stores.The construction of distribution centers and the optimization of distribution routes will reduce logistics costs.This article starts from the convenience store development model and domestic and foreign research experience and achievements,adopts the mode of common distribution suitable for the development of chain convenience stores,and selects the location,construction and convenience of the distribution center of single products and multi-products according to the different products sold by convenience stores.The dual model of store distribution path optimization optimizes the distribution center location cost,distribution cost and time penalty cost.According to Today's operating model,a case of single product and multiple products is constructed.Improve the genetic algorithm,add adaptive operator and tournament selection mechanism,analyze the two groups of cases,find the equilibrium solution of the distribution center location cost and distribution cost,compare with the exact solution obtained by cplex,and solve the problem faster and concurrently.Now that it can meet the needs of convenience stores,it is better to enable multiple vehicles for distribution.The choice of long-distance,low-cost distribution centers is more cost-effective,and through product splitting,multiple products can be effective under the same delivery time window.The use of the vehicle's capacity,to a certain extent,avoids the fixed cost of re-enabling a car.Through sensitivity analysis,we found the cost changes under different convenience store demand and the impact of different cargo vehicle weights on various types of costs and gave corresponding suggestions.
