Research On The Development Strategy Of Harbin Bank

The Bank of Harbin was established in 1997,since the establishment of 20 years,the Bank of Harbin continue to improve and strengthen the internal resources and capacity,not only for product innovation and market development,progress has been made in the business scale,asset quality and economic benefits.With the changing of national policy and economic development of the external macro environment and the banking industry increasingly fierce competition,the development strategy of Harbin bank must establish scientific and reasonable,feasible and consistent with the current domestic economic development trend,grasp the external opportunities,play their own advantages,to achieve further development of the Bank of Harbin.Based on the development status of Harbin bank,combined with the analysis of the internal and external environment of Harbin bank,the scientific basis is established,and the development strategy of Harbin bank is systematically studied,so that it can get better development in the future.In this paper,the Bank of Harbin's external environment policy,economy,society,technology and industry environment analysis,and analysis of the Bank of Harbin at a favorable external environment and unfavorable factors;after analyzing and summarizing the Harbin bank's organizational structure and resources,human resources and financial resources of internal resources and management and profitability;third,based on the analysis of internal and external environment,combined with the current strategy of the Bank of Harbin,using the SWOT model analysis method and Ansoff strategic management,the development of future development strategy of the Bank of Harbin;finally,from the clear market positioning and customer segmentation,improve product and service innovation,strengthen talent construction and four aspects to improve the risk management system was proposed on the basis of measures for the implementation of the Bank of Harbin packaging strategy.
