Improvement And Research Of Operation Management Model For A Construction Machinery Rental Enterprise

Construction industry has always been labor-uintensive industries,with the relatively low level of industrialization,unchanged nature of the industry's extensive development,over increasingly serious overcapacity,so the backward management constraints the industry's sustainable development.With the the chess game of economic structure adjustment fully swing,the soil of Chinese economy is changing,so the development situation's fundamental change and the structural reform of construction industry supply side,is the trend enterprises have to face.Nowadays,all the enterprises in the construction industry chain should choose to change or not change,being eliminated or staying to meet the challenge in the fierce market competition.Therefore,in the background of economic restructuring,transformation and upgrading as well as quality improvement,studying the improvement of the construction machinery leasing A enterprise's operating management,is not only the requirement of self-developement,but also a deep reference for other enterprises,and even a guide for the healthy and sustainable development of entire construction mechanical leasing industry.Based on the theoretical study of operation management and other management courses,this paper studies the operation and management mode of A construction machinery leasing enterprise(hereinafter referred to as A enterprise)according to the way of raising,analyzing then solve the problems.When coming up with and analyzing the problem,the internal and external operating environment of A enterprise is analyzed by using PEST macro environment analysis and 3C competitive environment analysis firstly.Then,combined with the analysis of operation and management mode and operation status of A enterprise,the four outstanding problems of its operating management and the reasons for its production are found,fully explaining the necessity of improving the operation and management model.When solving the problems,a new operation and management model,project management,is put forward.Meanwhile the operational design of the project management is rearranged from the project team design,the project operation process design and the project responsibility system design.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the improvement plan,the important safeguard measures are the project human resource management construction the implementation of project precision management,to promote the project brand building and improve the quality of service management system to improve the quality of professional service.In conclusion,the project management model will be an essential way for A enterprise to achieve breakthroughs in the development of enterprises bottlenecks and fast and efficient development.However,the downside is that A's new business management model lands with some contents and details needing further study,which is limited by the author ability and time,but to continue researching in the future.
