With the changes in the world economic situation and the gradual formation of new economic trends,the process of economic globalization and integration is accelerating and the economic interests of all countries are in closer contact with each other,while the pressure on domestic enterprises is increasing,Modern enterprises not only face the competition in the industry,but also constantly meet the challenges of the outside world.Enterprises in order to survive in the fierce market competition,and maintain the growth momentum,sustainable development,we must strengthen their management capabilities,and constantly improve the overall quality of enterprises and maintain market competitiveness.Especially in the maintenance of talents,the long-term stable development of enterprises requires the support of talented people.In the face of fierce market competition,the requirements of enterprises on staff will continue to increase,and the pressure of employees will also continue to increase.At work and life All aspects of the pressure will gradually appear,disrupt the work and life of employees,may result in lower work efficiency and quality of work and the decline in quality of life,therefore,enterprises should pay more attention to the work of staff in order to make timely and effective adjustments,So that employees maintain their motivation.The research on the work pressure of grassroots employees in OY is based on the current work pressure of the grassroots employees in the company and the fierce market competition environment.OY's current grassroots work is more onerous,and the source of work pressure is the source.It is also diverse and requires detailed analysis to develop an effective work stress mitigation strategy.First of all,it defines the related concepts and theories of grass-roots employees and work pressure,defines the scope of the study,and then conducts an empirical study on the work pressure of grassroots employees in OY.The empirical research is divided into three parts.The first part is the research and understanding of the status quo.Through the company's information and visits within the company,it will elaborate on the current situation of the work pressure of the grassroots employees of OY company and the problems in the management of the company's work stress.The main influencing factors affecting the work pressure of grassroots employees in OY companies are analyzed and summarized;the second part is based on the analysis of the first part of the influencing factors and a questionnaire survey is conducted.The questionnaires are compiled through the analysis of influencing factors and literature research.The company's grassroots employees' work pressure was investigated,and data were used to illustrate the level of work pressure and performance of the grassroots employees of OY Company,and the core influencing factors were extracted.The third part was the measures to improve the work pressure of grassroots employees in OY,based on the first part and the second part.The research results and analysis aim at the characteristics,performance and main influencing factors of the current work pressure of the grassroots employees in OY Company,and propose targeted improvement measures and suggestions.
