At present,the competition in various industries is becoming increasingly fierce.The grass-roots employees of Zoucheng Branch of Agricultural Bank of China are under great pressure in their daily work and life,which not only affects their physical and mental health,but also hinders the rapid development of enterprises.In order to solve this outstanding problem,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research and Analysis on stress management.This paper takes the employees of Zoucheng Branch as the research object,based on the theory of stress management,makes full use of the methods of discussion and questionnaire survey,analyses the main stressors of employees in the current industry,puts forward the strategies of stress management,elaborates the implementation steps of stress management strategies,and analyses the effect of stress management.In terms of stress source analysis,Likert's structured questionnaire was used in the discussion and questionnaire survey,and the content of the questionnaire was optimized and adjusted according to the actual situation of Zoucheng Branch,so that it could reflect the stress sources of employees more objectively.Emphasis of the survey includes four aspects:basic information of employees,main work pressure,impact of work pressure and stress management strategy.Through the statistical analysis of the data of 230 employees in different positions and positions within the branch,the stress status of the respondents is objectively determined.The survey results show that the employees of Zoucheng Branch generally express great pressure at work.In terms of coping strategies of stress management,through the analysis of the causes of the current work stress of Zoucheng Bank employees,the customer-oriented and operational strategy formulation principles are determined,followed by the formulation principles,and the coping strategies of stress management are discussed from three aspects:environment,organization and individual.It is pointed out that the management of employee stress should focus on the key steps in three stages:prevention,response and treatment,and take corresponding measures in different stages according to different levels and forms of stress problems.Establish the overall stress management application strategy of improving enterprise stress management system,with stress prevention as the main task and prevention as the precaution;problem solving as the guidance,and active counseling and response;and normalized stress treatment as the supplement.In the implementation of stress management coping strategies,according to the actual situation of the target,the specific steps of implementation are drawn up,and the preparatory work before implementation is done well.On the premise of fully communicating with enterprises,the preparatory work is completed in three stages:stress prevention,coping and treatment;and the implementation of coping strategies.In the process,it provides effective guarantee in organization,data,validity and continuity,and evaluates the implementation effect of coping strategies against work stress from organizational,personal and overall levels.According to the survey results of the work stress of the employees of Zoucheng Agricultural Bank,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies by using the theory of stress management,and puts forward specific implementation measures for the implementation of the coping strategies,which effectively improves the enthusiasm and happiness of the employees.
