Job burnout of enterprise employees has become a social issue that is generally concerned by people.Along with the increasing domestic job burnout,the acceleration of the pace of life,and the increasing competition,people’s consciousness,psychology and behavior will undergo a series of changes.Especially in different industries,under the combined effect of multiple factors,the employee’s burnout has been increasing,which has brought losses to both the company and the employees.This article investigates the degree of job burnout among grassroots employees of Bank of China Xuzhou Branch,researches and analyzes the problems found in the survey,explores the causes,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.This paper mainly adopts four analysis methods: questionnaire survey method,interview method,document method,and observation method.It follows the principle route of finding problems,analyzing problems,and solving problems,and proposes corresponding mitigation measures for the problems found in the study.(1)The grassroots employees of Bank of China Xuzhou Branch agree with the current job burnout.According to different grassroots positions,there are similarities and differences in the reasons that affect burnout.And according to different factors such as gender,age,education,position,working age,etc.,there are differences in the current degree of job burnout.(2)The main factors affecting the job burnout of the basic employees of Bank of China Xuzhou Branch are as follows: first,the performance evaluation system;second,the level of economic income;third,the imperfect rotation system;fourth,the promotion mechanism is not Perfect;fifth,interpersonal tension;sixth,career development planning system;seventh,banking reform;eighth,the impact of social factors.(3)Aiming at the above problems and reasons,corresponding countermeasures are proposed,mainly at the organizational level to alleviate job burnout;at the individual level to alleviate job burnout and at the social level.
