Reform and opening to the outside world for 40 years,with the rapid development of economy and international trade in China,the exhibition industry has been unparalleled with unprecedented development.Research shows,the exhibition industry is an industry with great potential.Judging from the trend of economic development in China and in the world,the proportion of the output value of the exhibition industry in the service industry will continue to increase.It will ensure the smooth operation and development of the national economy and has a bright prospect.With China's accession to the World Trade Organization and the rapid development of the domestic market process,there are a lot of private exhibition companies in China.Private exhibition companies is becoming a force that can not be ignored in the exhibition economy.It has made great contributions to China's exhibition industry,expanding our exhibition projects,assisting Governments at all levels to launch exhibitions and training high-quality exhibition talents.However,due to the inherent disadvantages of private exhibition companies and the special exhibition system formed under the special conditions of our country,the development of China's private exhibition companies is in a great predicament.Therefore,it is a very meaningful and necessary task to explore and study the growth and management of the private exhibition companies in China.This article is based on the above background.In view of the reality of Yantai H Convention and Exhibition Company,conduct in-depth analysis and research.Marketing management is the most urgent problem to be solved at present in Yantai H Convention and Exhibition Company,so the author will focus on this aspect.First,the internal environment of Yantai H Convention and Exhibition Company is analyzed,summarize the achievements and problems in the process of development,and in combination with the external environment,try to find the root cause of the problem.Then the customer situation is deeply analyzed and studied,carry out accurate market positioning,different customer management methods are designed for different types of customers in order to obtain customer loyalty.Finally,in view of the existing problems,design a marketing strategy which is more consistent with the reality of Yantai H Convention and Exhibition Company and has practical significance.
