In recent years,along with the continuous development of enterprises in Ningxia,high-level talents have become a rigid demand for enterprise development.How to give full play to the value of high level talents,well retained and well used is the current reality of enterprises.Psychological contract is a common research field of psychology and management.It is a kind of informal contract between enterprises and employees.Based on the interview and questionnaire,this paper studies the psychological contract of senior talents and the actual situation of the organization of psychological contract in Ningxia.From the point of view of senior talents,this paper explores the problems existing in the mechanism of attracting and stabilizing talents in Ningxia enterprises.At the same time,combining the characteristics of the senior talents and the particularity of the construction of the senior talents psychological contract,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to the problems in the mechanism of the leading talent stability in Ningxia enterprises.First of all,we should implement the psychological contract management of the senior talents from every link of enterprise management.Second,in order to reduce the negative impact of the breach of psychological contract between the high-level talents and the enterprises,enterprises from their own system,enterprise culture,talent motivation,talent development and training in all aspects to improve,timely and high-level talent communication,timely management of psychological contract content and the degree of implementation.Finally,Ningxia enterprises should also combine with Ningxia local talent policy and talent engineering,and at the same time look out of Ningxia to learn and improve the existing enterprise talent stability mechanism,to develop and train talent for enterprise development.Only by truly mastering the characteristics of the senior talents,understanding the psychological state of the senior talents,and maintaining the psychological contract of the senior talents,can we rob the talents and bring into play the value of the senior talents in a fierce environment.
