Research on psychological contract theory has arisen in recent years, and has gradually got managers'attention in application of this theory。Psychological contract theory was born in 1960s of last century, since the 1990s, this theory has been paid great attention in western countries and rises in booming.In the management of enterprise, the harmonious labor relationship between corporation and staff is very important. However, how to establish harmonious labor relationship is a difficulty in management. Besides the economic contract between staff and corporation, there is still an implied contract relationship—the psychological contract. Psychological contract plays an important role in whether to establish the harmonious labor relationship. Psychological contract theory provides the latest and most scientific management ideas for managers of corporations.This thesis makes a brief account of the development history of the Psychological contract theory, describe briefly and probe into the concept, content, dimensions, and the formation of psychological contract. The main content of this article is that, based on in-depth investigation and empirical research into Hebei branch of China Mobile Communication Co. Ltd.( hereinafter referred to as A corporation), I use the Psychological Contract theory to make a further analysis and demonstration on A corporation's human resource status. Combined with the specific condition of A corporation, I propose 4 strategies and 7 implementation suggestions on construction of staff-corporation relationship.Through a questionnaire analysis and case study of A corporation, I found that A corporation's main problem on human resource exists in staff psychological contract. In the fourth part of this paper, based on the Psychological Contract theory,I put forward 4 specific strategies for establishing A corporation's harmonious labor relationship in connection with A corporation's problem on human resource. Those 4 strategies are: Four strategies were: "build A corporation's unblocked channel of communication strategy, build A corporation's harmonious enterprise culture strategy, establish A corporation's psychological contract warning system strategy, set up A corporation's managing labor relation by Psychological Contract strategy.This paper proposed 7 implementation suggestions on A corporation's establishing harmonious labor relations between staff and corporation by psychological contract theory. The 7 specific implementation suggestions are: use A corporation's humanistic company culture to guide psychological contract, introduce 9-glen diagram management pattern of career planning into A corporation, commence real and effective communication talks in A corporation, implement dynamic management of psychological contract in A corporation, carry out real-work preview in A corporation's recruitment, bring into effect the coach system for new staff in A corporation, put in practice the generalized enterprise education in A corporation.A corporation is a local company in telecom industry, whose ratio of knowledge-type employees is very huge; the staff pays more attention to more humanistic company culture construction and employees'own career development on the psychological contract. For this, in this thesis, the first two sections of fifth part, I analyze and probe the specific construction methods on A corporation's building humanistic company culture, and introduce 9-glen diagram management pattern of career planning into A corporation.In the forth part of this paper, I propose the suggestion of establishing coach system for new employees in A corporation with connection to A corporation's actual situation of low ratio of accepting company culture. And in the proposal, I make detailed analysis and investigation for qualification of new employee's coach, ability quality requirements, evaluation and reward method, and tutored employees'evaluation and rewards method.
