Research On Influence Of Inbound Open Innovation And Dynamic Capability On Firm's Innovation Performance

At present,China's economy has entered a new era of high-quality development,under the new era,it is urgent to rely on innovation to cultivate new power to promote economic quality and efficiency growth.High-tech industry plays an important role in the development of technological innovation.The achievements it has created have also become the supporting force for the development of the new economy.And high-tech enterprises,as the main body carrying high-tech industries and technological innovation,have passed the era of "make a cart behind closed doors".It is difficult to cope with the rapid development of external environment by relying on the internal R & D of its own organization to support its core competitiveness.In order to avoid the crisis that has been eliminated in the fierce competition,many companies have begun to turn to the mode of open innovation,implement the concept of open innovation,and improve their independent innovation capabilities by making full use of internal and external knowledge and resources.However,how can we ensure that companies continue to maintain good innovation performance in this model of open innovation? Whether or not there is an intermediate mechanism of action in the end has yet to be verified.This article is based on exploring the mechanism of this problem,introducing the variable of dynamic capability,studying the mechanism between inbound open innovation and innovation performance,and at the same time exploring whether the turbulent environment plays a regulatory role in this process.It is hoped that the research conducted in this paper will provide good inspiration for enterprises that are undergoing an open innovation model to continue to obtain good innovation performance in a turbulent external environment.In this paper,we first sort out and summarize the relevant literature review of introverted open innovation,dynamic capability,innovation performance,environmental turbulence and other variables,and based onthis,put forward the research model and assumptions.By selecting 207hi-tech companies as research samples,SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 statistical analysis software are used to analyze and process the collected data and verify the hypothesis.Finally,the results are obtained and discussed.The research results show that:(1)In the current context,inbound open innovation has a positive effect on innovation performance.(2)Inbound open innovation has a positive impact on the two dimensions of dynamic ability,namely,opportunity recognition ability and opportunity exploitation ability.(3)Two dimensions of dynamic ability,namely,opportunity recognition ability,opportunity exploitation ability,have a positive effect on innovation performance.(4)There are two dimensions of dynamic ability,namely,opportunity recognition ability and opportunity exploitation ability,which play a partial intermediary role between inbound open innovation and innovation performance.(5)Market turbulence and technical turbulence have significant positive adjustment effects on dynamic capabilities and innovation performance.On this basis,it provides practical inspiration for companies that are undergoing an inbound open innovation model,and at the same time provides new research ideas for future research on open innovation.
