In recent years, the market become more competitive, and the environment in front of every enterprise is increasingly complex, continue to carry out business model innovation, has become its important strategic tool to gain sustained profitability and enhance competitiveness. Business model innovation is widely present in the enterprise management practice, as enterprises increasingly emphasis on business model innovation, business model innovation play an increasingly important role in the response dynamic business environment. Business model innovation is very beneficial for sustainable development of enterprises, that is attracting the attention of corporate management, while academia has also become a new research topic. Currently, there are many scholars have made in-depth study and research on the relationship between the business model innovation and business performance, competitive advantage, innovation, but the research on innovation of the business model for domestic scholars mainly theoretical research, empirical research is few.The key of business model innovation is that if enterprises will be able to identify and seize potential growth opportunities. The dynamic capabilities include understanding and analysis environment, identify and seize the opportunity or the ability to avoid the potential threat, it exists in the whole process of organizing business model innovation. At present, some scholars have confirmed that dynamic capabilities can help companies identify potential development opportunities, opening up new product or service market, thus promoting the innovation of its own business model. Under the development of environmental turbulence, the importance of dynamic capabilities becomes more obvious, which enables enterprises to quickly adapt to changes in the market, the development of the times. Enterprises can grasp the opportunity to bring environmental turbulence or uncertainty, effective use of its dynamic ability to implement business model innovation.This article will explore how the Dynamic Capabilities influence business model innovation based on environment of turbulence. This article first based on literature research to study the relevant research results of dynamic capabilities, and explore that dynamic capacities include environment insight, innovation and change, learningability including coordination ability to integrate the four dimensions, and then discusses the impact of the various dimensions of business model innovation, and based on the theory of environmental turbulence analysis of volatility connotation environment, at the same time, from a theoretical perspective to expound the effect of dynamic capabilities on Business Model Innovation based on the regulation of environmental turbulence,and propose a model of dynamic capabilities on Business Model Innovation based on the regulation of environmental turbulence; on the empirical analysis, this paper by means of SPSS software, through questionnaires test theoretical models.
