| With the rapid development of economy,the national attention to the development of green energy continues has been rising,and the electric power enterprises have been rapidly developmed.What have been emerged along with them are the tasks of ensuring the safe operation of power grid and increasing the power infrastructure have become more and more significant.Meanwhile,the grid handling emergencies and the repsonse speed of emergency repair have been tested.Materials supplying,as a supporting industry of power industry,has played an important role in ensuring the construction of power and the safe operation of power grid.The national network has made great efforts to carry out the intensive management of material resources,and it plans realize the connection of each links for the material supply in the future to form the integrated management.At present,the traditional logistics management has been unable to meet the rapid development of the grid construction,the establishment of modern,informationized and integrated management model can quickly respond to the needs of the grid,ensure the safety and reliability of the grid operation.Therefore,It is imperative to transform the traditional logistics management into the modern logistics management.Basing on the logistics management of electric power industry and taking intensive material resources management of national power network as the precondition,this paper analyzes the current situation of warehouse management of Shanxi Electric Power Company.It applies the existing data and actual visits,analyzes and studies the existing warehousing layout,distribution links,supporting system of each city,and identifies the existing problems.This paper utilizes the Analytic Hierarchy Mehtod to optimize Shanxi Electric Power Company.First of all,optimize the entire warehouse layout by redefining the warehouse function,optimizing the network layout and planning the warehouse area to improve the warehouse utilization ratio and reduce the storage cost.Secondly,in the distribution system construction,establish a new warehousing distribution operation system,utilize the dispatching center to implement the whole process management,grasp all links of distribution to save the costs and achieve the rapid response.Finally,the optimization of warehouse management can not be separated from the corresponding supporting system.The informatization construction and organization construction control are very important to realize the modern management.The optimization of supporting system can improve the soft power of enterprises as quickly as possible,and achieve the optimization of warehouse management to yield twice the result with half the effort.This paper studies the warehouse management of Shanxi Electric Power Company to realize the needs of rapidly developing electricity,ensure the safety and reliability of grid operation,reduce the operating costs of grid,and enhance the competitiveness of grid in the energy construction. |
