With the continuous development of the socialist market economy and the continuous advancement of technology,the informatization level plays an increasingly important role in our daily work and life.XT Communications Corporation,as a start-up technology company that focuses its main businesses on network product,information system and electronic equipment,computer software and hardware research,development,production,sales and technical consulting,communications engineering,data communications and computer network cabling,communications network operation and maintenance,communications equipment technology development and other services,has also grown and developed.It also plays a significant role in the Internet of Things,media convergence,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,and independent innovation of Chinese brands.Though it has a short development time in the industry and its employees are very young,XT company is a leader in the industry.The employees in XT company feel very proud that they have the chance to work in such a company,but meanwhile they are facing great pressure of competition from other companies in the same industry.Employees' inappropriate management of emotions has a great influence on their working state and performance.Therefore,emotion management has become a very important part of the human resource management in an enterprise.On the basis of fully learning the related theories of emotion management,the author conducted a questionnaire survey,investigated the current emotional state of employees,and found that the company's emotion management work moved along at a slow pace,staff involvement is low,and employees' emotions are poorly managed.There has been a situation in which employees have low morale,apparent job burnout,and prominent deviant behavior.The company faces high turnover rates and massive loss oftalent,which will have a significantly negative impact on the company's development and further growth.The questionnaire also conducted in-depth analysis and research on factors that affect employees' emotions,which provides objective and authentic data for proposing solutions to XT company's emotion management problems.This thesis looks into the emotional state of employees in XT company,investigates the negative emotions commonly seen in most employees,analyses them in a scientific way,establishes an emotion management model,and aims to solve the difficult quantitative assessment in human resource management,and to carry out timely interventions on employees' emotions that are of significance to the development and survival of the company,which ultimately achieves the goal of effectively regulating employees' working state and greatly improving their performance.This study aims to strengthen the company's human resource management work,enhance the company's competitiveness in the market,maintain the company's leading position in the industry,and ensure the long-term development of the company.At the same time it is hoped to provide reference of the emotion management for more companies.
