Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Rural Labor Force In Tongyang Town And Chaohu City

A large number of rural laborers poured into the cities to seek livelihood since the era of reform,which promoted the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in China.Thanks to the joint efforts of the whole Party and people over the past 40 years,our great country has become the second largest economy in the whole society,and the Living status of people have generally significant improvement.With the development of urban city,rural areas are getting continuous progress,and there are significant changes existing in the economy and society.the Party has given more and more preferential policies to rural development,and many migrant workers have a deeper understanding of their hometowns after returning home during the Spring Festival.more and more people choose to stay in rural development after considering all advantages and disadvantages.The fifth part in the article of the 19 th National Congress in 2017 proposes is established in order to implement the new development concept and build a modern economic system.It said that it is of great significance to speed up the modernization between urban and rural areas,and to strengthen agricultural and rural farmers.workforce is still a fundamental issue that concerns China's national economy,and it is urgently proposing to implement the rural rehabilitation goal.In 2018,the No.One document of the Government focused on agriculture,rural areas and farmers again for 15 consecutive years.At the same time,it emphasized the need to solve the bottleneck of talents and implement the rural revitalization strategy.Human capital occupies the primary position in economic development.The human capital in rural places mainly depends on workforce of villages.There is becoming a normal phenomenon with the migration of workforce in rural places.Recently,the phenomenon of returning workforce in villages has emerged due to the countryside's development.In this paper,the article aims to analyze the factors affecting the return of the rural labor force in the town of Tongyang in Chaohu City,Anhui Province,and combs the data and makes in-depth statistical analysis in the form of interviews and sample surveys in the field.This paper analyzes and compares the factors affecting the population structure and decision-making of the returning rural labor force in the region,and investigates the wishes and concerns of the long-term return of rural migrant labor force and the future development of rural migrant labor force,and further analyzes the constraints that hinder the long-term return of rural labor force.Thus,the leading factors of the long-term returnof rural labor force are analyzed,and the practical problems of rural development in the area are obtained.Then,the author puts forward some suggestions to guide the orderly and long-term return of rural labor force and the future development direction of the township.
