Investigation And Research On The Entrepreneurial Consciousness Of Reflux Migrant Workers

With the deepening of the process of urbanization,the construction of a new socialist countryside has become a major historical task in the process of China's modernization.To build a new socialist countryside,the farmers as the main body of construction have decided their importance.Since the reform and opening up,farmers have played an important role in the urban economic construction,and have made great achievements.However,when migrant workers return home to return to employment,they will also have some new problems and new pressures.How to solve the problem of returning to the employment of migrant workers has become a problem that the party and the government have been highly concerned about.Encouraging migrant workers to start businesses is a new way to solve the problem of farmers' employment and "three rural issues",and also to provide new impetus for building a new socialist countryside.It is necessary for all walks of life to make efforts to guide migrant workers into entrepreneurship.At present,China is in the new era of "mass innovation and all kinds of entrepreneurship" : as a national transformation,it is required to improve the level of independent innovation,strengthen the spirit of entrepreneurship,encourage innovation and entrepreneurship;as an individual,the career cycle is shortened,and the ability to move ahead,improve innovation and cope with the dynamic complex environment.Therefore,entrepreneurship has become the basic way for people to survive and develop.In this process,the realization of migrant workers' entrepreneurial behavior is ultimately guided by migrant workers' entrepreneurial consciousness.The cultivation of migrant workers' entrepreneurial consciousness is inseparable from ideological and political education.This article revolves around the current situation of migrant workers' entrepreneurial consciousness,analyzes the problems in the formation of entrepreneurial consciousness,and seeks countermeasures for cultivating entrepreneurial consciousness.So as to better promote the realization of migrant workers' entrepreneurial behavior.Around the purpose of such a study,the following sections are discussed:First part is introduction.The background,purpose and significance of returning migrant workers' entrepreneurial consciousness are reviewed.This paper introduces research ideas and methods,and expounds the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.The second part is mainly the exposition of the related concepts.Around the concept and connotation of entrepreneurial consciousness,the concept of returning to migrant workers,and the inner logical relationship between the entrepreneurial consciousness of migrant workers and the ideological and political education in rural areas.So as to explore the necessity of studying migrant workers' entrepreneurial consciousness.?The third part mainly focuses on the problem of "what is the current situation of migrant workers' entrepreneurial consciousness".The author uses two methods to explore its current situation.First,we design a questionnaire for migrant workers' entrepreneurial consciousness.From the macro perspective,we study the differences between migrant workers and migrant workers' entrepreneurial consciousness,and then use the interview method to analyze the ideas of migrant workers.The fourth part,based on questionnaires and interviews,analyzes the problems and causes in the formation of entrepreneurial consciousness of migrant workers.The fifth part,aiming at the problems in the fourth part of the migrant workers' entrepreneurial consciousness,puts forward the countermeasures.That is to say,countermeasures for cultivating migrant workers' entrepreneurial consciousness.This paper discusses the three levels of society,government and individual,and how to take effective measures to strengthen and improve the cultivation of migrant workers' entrepreneurial consciousness.The sixth part of this paper is the main research conclusion...
