Analysis On Competitiveness Of Services Trade In Heilongjing Province

In the course of economic development in Heilongjiang province,service trade plays an important role as an engine.Optimizing the internal structure,promoting the overall upgrading and improving the competitiveness of service trade have become main means.These measures transform the economic development of Heilongjiang Province.Therefore,we will accelerate the optimization and development of trade in services.And we are also going to promote the improvement of the competitiveness of trade in services rapidly.This mean will provide a realistic basis for Heilongjiang province where open up foreign trade and establish an open economic system.First,this paper expounds the present situation of the development with the service trade in Heilongjiang province.However,there are some problems mentioned above and we will analyze the main reasons for the problems.On this basis,based on Michael E.Porter's theory of national competitive advantage to analyses.This theory both included that the factors endowment and demand conditions,relevant and supporting industries,enterprises strategy and organization and competition.And the opportunities and government,in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Heilongjiang's service trade competitiveness.Furthermore,the international competitiveness evaluation system composed of RCA index,TC index and IMS index is used to compare.The competitive level of service trade in Heilongjiang province is compared with that of some provinces in the Eastern,Central and western regions of China.These results show that the competitiveness of Heilongjiang province's services trade has advantages in terms of basic factors and services trade policy.Howbeit,there is a shortage of advanced factors,a low degree of emphasis and demand on services trade.And also have a weak correlation between services and supporting industries at the same time.The government has many disadvantages such as more restrictions on market access in the service industry.Compared with the developed provinces or cities in the East and Central regions,which refer Heilongjiang province's service trade competitiveness to disadvantage.Also compared with the underdeveloped provinces or cities in the West,the service trade competitiveness level is relatively similar or a weak competitive advantage.Finally,this paper aims at the disadvantages of Heilongjiang province's service trade competitiveness,combining with the outstanding problems of the current service trade,puts forward the following five specific suggestions and countermeasures-First,strengthen the development of modern technology and the training of professional personnel.Second,enhance the importance of trade in services and awareness of demand.Third,strengthen the linkage between support for trade in industry and services.Fourth,adjust the industrial structure of trade in services.Fifth,the government has improved and supplemented the service trade management system.
