This thesis makes a comprehensive study on the development strategy of A tea company.Firstly,use the PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment as well as using the Porter five force model and the strategic group to analyze the industry environment and the main competitors,and sum up the opportunities and threats which A tea company faces.Secondly,find out the core resources and capabilities through using the value chain and VRIO framework to analyze the internal resources,and summarize the internal strengths and weaknesses of A tea company.Finally,with the SWOT model analysis,the conclusion is made that the differentiation strategy must be the company's development strategy,then furtherly explain the differentiation strategy from business-level strategy such as marketing,R&D,product to supporting-level strategy including capital,human resources,brand and IT.Although this thesis only engages to study the strategic management of the A tea company,but it also has some enlightenment to the strategic research of the whole tea industry,and provides some certain experience reference for the strategic management for some other tea compaies.
