With the popularization of the Internet,China is stepping forward to the information age.Especially in 2010,the rise of microblog,various B2 C websites and group-buying websites have mushroomed;In addition,the number of users of Internet mobile phones is increasing rapidly,and the development of mobile Internet is not poor,which has promoted the development of the IT industry.IT talents has become a scarce resource in today's talent market,this kind of talent is also known as "a shortage of talent resource",that is,"in a certain period of a certain range,the talent market supply cannot satisfy the demand of talent resources.In the era of knowledge economy,the competition for talents is increasingly fierce.For established enterprises,technical talents can't be stable for a long time,and enterprises can' t retain all talents.At the top of the enterprise management,the more attention is paid to the selection and cultivation of talents.Because only this can promote the healthy development of the enterprise.From theoretical discrimination of related concepts,this paper adopts the method of empirical research,combined with the research results and the actual case study analysis,from the angle of enterprise and applicants,respectively analyzing the overall recruitment selection of the Internet industry IT talents,inductive Internet companies IT recruitment selection problems and the reasons,for IT in the Internet industry's overall recruitment selection problems and the reasons,put forward to improve the effect of the Internet company IT recruitment selection strategy.
