In recent years, with the rapid rise of Chinese Internet companies, the Internet industry has also emerged a large number of start-up enterprises. However, affected by external fierce competition environment and imperfect internal human resources system factors, internet start-ups have so much difficult in talent recruitment. The enterprise wants to obtain the considerable development, recruitment problems must be solved. Through constantly improve the effectiveness of their recruitment, and thus enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The research of this paper is devoted to the understanding of the current situation of the talent recruitment problem encountered by the newly established enterprises, finding the problems of the recruitment of the Internet enterprises, and finding the problems in the practice. Combining theoretical research to summarize the solution, provide the real help to Internet start-ups in the process of talent recruitment problems, and provide improvement program. To enhance the competitive ability of the enterprise by enhancing the advantage of enterprise talent recruitment, which helps the enterprise to win in the fierce market competition.This paper takes the K company as the research object, from the current situation of K company’s human resources, combined with literature research, in-depth analysis of the questionnaire and interview method of recruitment management problems of K company, find out the existing problems of talent recruitment, the study found that there are following problems of K company recruitment recruitment:poor recruitment planning, lack of talent reserve; simplex recruitment channels, the lack of necessary recruitment promotion; Lack of recruitment and low professional ability factors affect the recruitment effect; lack of assessment and evaluation methods of interview, affect the recruitment schedule and quality; Recruitment cost is high, cost control is ineffective; Lack of timely recruitment feedback; A large number of employees leaving in probation; salary is not competitive, turn down offer ratio is too high.These issues have become plagued K company recruitment problems, hinder the introduction of.The study considers the K company should do the following to improve recruitment. Make human resources plan and prepare the storage of talents; Combined with the characteristics of the company, expand the various recruitment channels; Increase investment in recruitment management, set up specialized recruitment teams; Making scientific and effective personnel evaluation mechanism. Carry out jobs in multiaspect to, control cost of hiring. Establish recruitment assessment and feedback system; Do a good job in employee retention in probation period. Coordinate the development of training and compensation module. The research conclusions of this paper can be used as a reference for solving the recruitment problems of the same type of Internet companies.
