Research On PMC Management Mode Application In Execution Phase Of Petrochemical Enterprise Engineering Project

In rescent years,large petrochemical construction project appears increasingly with a trend of large-scale.On the basis of construction of large petrochemical project,through absorbing and learning of advanced experience and methods abroad,with appropriate combination and innovation of Project Management Concept(PMC)of large and complicated project construction of abroad and practice of pectrochemical engineering construction in domestic,Sinopec successfully explored a PMC management mode suited to its own characteristic,which not only gets project construction quality and risk effectively controlled,but also significantly lowers construction cost,shortens construction period,and further improves project management level.Starting with current situation of petrochemical enterprise project management mode,through research on PMC management mode of abroad,combining with management and planning experience of isoprene rubber construction project with capacity of 30,000 tons/year,the author stated concept,characteristic,classification and application scope of PMC management mode,and carried out detailed studies on the necessity,applicability and development prospect of PMC management mode application on construction field of petrochemical project.Combining with characteristic of petrochemical construction project and analyzation of advantages and disadvantages of PMC management mode,selection principle and modification suggestion aiming at common management mode and implementation combination in engineering project construction was given in this paper,and it positively promotes the following aspects of enterprises:improvement of project management efficiency,reduction of construction cost,shortening of construction period and guarantee of construction quality.
