Research On Project Management Based On The Enginering Corporation In Petrochina Jinxi Petrochemical Company

At present, Project management is an important branch of a scientific management penetrated into industries , project management in construction enterprises in the operation of the project is very common in refinery & Chemical project application, but still exists some deep problems, largely hampering refining & Chemical construction enterprise project management level. Therefore, to solve the project management in the existing problems and to further improve project management level and to get used to market competition is very important and practical. Taking Jinxi petrochemical engineering company as the object, applying modern project management theory, it systematily analyzes the problems exiting in the construction enterprise in the aspect of the accessory system reform,personnel employing mechanism , responsibility-right-benefit assigning system and supervising-inspection mechanics etc. So as to put forward the project management method, process and applied in engineering practice, and good results have been achieved. The paper focuses on the research project management in the organization and four goals control (quality, progress, cost and safety) and technical improvement. Given the refinery project construction enterprises to choose the project management organization principle: to influence the construction quality, progress, cost and safety factors were analyzed, and based on this, petrochemical engineering company for jinxi problems in management, puts forward the comprehensive quality control, the dynamic schedule management and process, a new method of cost management. Finally give suggestions of complete construction enterprise project management system reform .
