The Research On Financial Early-warning System Of H Company

Local financing platform plays a great role in promoting urbanization,but also it has some problems,such as big debt risk,unreasonable governance structure and imperfect management system.As a platform company,H Company has the similar problems.In order to avoid the occurrence of financial crisis,find the financial risk signals timely,it is necessary to establish financial early warning system in combination with the company's own characteristics to ensure the sustainable development of the company.By learning the domestic and national development results of financial early warning,this paper improves the efficiency coefficient method,according to the financial indicators in comprehensive performance evaluation of enterprise,choosing non-financial indicators that reflects the actual situation of H company.On the basis of collecting the financial and nonfinancial information of the company over the years,the alternative indexes are screened to design the suitable financial early Warning Index system for H company,and the weights of each index are corrected by the analytic hierarchy process.This paper makes use of the revised financial early warning model to deal with the financial and non-financial data,and obtains the early warning value.Then setting Alarm level and making an early warning judgment.therefore,the financial early warning system has been established,which includes financial early-warning collection system,financial early-warning processing system and financial warning alarm system.Based on the financial early warning results,this paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen financial early-warning management to provide scientific basis for the financial management decision.In general,the construction of H Company's financial early warning system not only has theoretical value to the field extension of financial early-warning research,but also has practical guiding significance to the company's financial management practice.
