Rurality Research Of Homestay Based On Tourists' Perception

In a large situation of mass tourism and national tourism,rural tourism market developed rapidly in China.Rural tourism became one of the important channel to help the development of country economy,culture and society.Bed & Breakfast as the carrier of rural tourism,it developed rapidly in a special social situation.It means the farmer use the some idle rooms and local humanity,nature resources,agriculture and farming to operating.The way of production is family side-line business.It can provide room service to tourists.B&B can let tourist integrated with the local culture,they'll enjoy the real farm life.The difference between B&B and normal hotel is the special village.Thus more and more people will to come to countryside to away form the noisy city for a while.Rapid development of homestay facility at the same time in China,there was a lot of phenomenon of urbanization,commercialization and affect the sustainable development of the industry,from the village of home stay facility,this study based on tourists,analysis rural characteristics of home stay facility.Combining with the results of the existing home village and relevant experts to the home country of evaluation on the basis of establishing the home stay facility environment,home design,home stay facility management three primary index and 30 refined village evaluation index system.Using factor analysis to analyze each index,determine the main rural evaluation index;Using IBMspss23.0 for data analysis,measurement data comparison between the two groups using independent sample T test,multiple sets of comparison between by the method of single factor analysis of variance,analysis of different groups of indicators in the country difference of perception.The conclusions from the rural sexy knowledge evaluation are as follows:(1)In the paper,using factor analysis method and factor analysis to integrate each index analysis,in order to determine the main factors,and then extract a total of three common factor,respectively is a home stay facility design,including architectural appearance of a home stay facility,guest rooms,catering characteristics such as 12 indicators;The residential environment,including natural resources,biological conditions,hydrological conditions and other 13 indicators;Home stay operation.Including five indicators including service characteristics.There are 12 indicators of common factor 1 with large factor loading.According to the correlation degree of factors,it is named "home stay design",which indicates that this factor has the greatest influence.(1)On the appearance of the home stay facility and internal design,it should reflect the rural characteristics,try to keep the original architectural style doesn't change,pay attention to the repair of old buildings and protection,to ensure that the home stay facility security,improve customer satisfaction;Strengthen internal construction,reflect rural atmosphere.(2)The tourists to the country of the significance of the evaluation index of sexy with hydrological conditions of high scores,air quality,ecological environment protection,the protection of natural resources,native culture and heritage,have labor low scores for locals,repast area named distinctive connotation,agricultural products,farm tools,green plant,have adornment effect,the resources to the locals.Finally,the development of the rural tourist destination home stay facility,want to notice to protect their country,to strengthen environmental protection,promote the sustainable development,adjust measures to local conditions,overall planning,perfect supporting facilities of a home stay facility,improve service quality,improve the environment of the home stay facility,design,management,solve the problems in the development of rural tourism,rural tourism destination country of a home stay facility protection and sustainable development.
